AI Adoption
Your Business Doesn't Need AI Yet. It Needs a Workflow Audit.
Most “AI strategy” conversations start with a tool. Someone read about an agent, a copilot, or an automation platform, and the question becomes “how do we use this?” That’s backwards.
Before any AI tool earns a place in a business, the workflow it’s meant to touch needs to be mapped: who does the task today, how often, what data it touches, and what “done well” actually looks like. Skip that step and you get a fast version of a broken process — which is worse than a slow one, because now it’s harder to see what’s wrong.
A workflow audit isn’t a delay tactic. It’s usually a day or two of mapping that tells you which three workflows are actually worth automating, and which five are not worth touching yet. That’s the difference between an AI initiative that compounds and one that quietly gets abandoned in six months.
